Hi, My name is Precious, but I'm a Princess too, So you can just call me Precious Princes. I'm not what you'd call a spring chicken anymore, as I've been around the tree a time or two, but go look in the mirror! I love to take walks and I don't try and yank your arm off either. Have you seen some of those other hound dogs? Looks like they are trying to walk on their hind legs, they are so rudely pulling on their Lead. I don't do that! I'm a lady, actually, a Princess. However, if you don't mind, I do like to stop at about every Tree, bush, or garbage can along our morning route to sniff out any changes from yesterday. I won't mind if you live in a condo or don't really have a big fenced yard, I'm past the stage where I feel the need to run around in a secure fenced yard, chasing squirrels that I have yet to be able to catch! Just a few trips outside everyday so I can handle my business and we'll get along just snappy. My COSR Foster says that I'm an absolute sweetheart, and I am housebroken. walks nicely on a leash. Doesn't pull but needs to investigate every tree, bush, etc. We only bathed her once and she did great. Unfortunately my back and knees didn't do as great, so I guess I will have to try bathing the dogs at one of the pet stores or take them to a groomer. She did well with getting her nails trimmed, better than my own dogs. She takes a 0.3 thyroid pill and a Vet's Best joint tablet twice a day. She is more active than when we first got her due mostly to the joint tablets and the good nutrition. She can jump and spin around when she sees her food dish. She can run in the yard. She cannot jump up on the couch. She is as active as a normal 12 year old dog with joint problems.
